I met Pri on the Design team and our relationship was very positive from my very first day, because Pri always showed herself to be an extremely welcoming person who cared about everyone's well-being, even though at that time she was not yet in the role of Design Lead. Her posture in integrating people was so evident that shortly after she began acting as Lead and, in an excellent way, managed to build and maintain a relationship of unity and partnership among all the people who were joining and growing the team. Besides being a Lead, Pri also worked on large projects with international relevance. I had the opportunity to work directly with Pri on two Design Consultancies and learned a lot in partnership with her about conducting Discovery processes and approaches for validating hypotheses.
