I started with logic
Systems Analysis
That's where I learned to think in logic, algorithms, and development. But I realized something was missing: understanding the people for whom that technology was being created.
- Logic
- Development
- Technology
My journey started in technology, went through design, and found in UX the connection between logic, creativity, and people.

I started with logic
That's where I learned to think in logic, algorithms, and development. But I realized something was missing: understanding the people for whom that technology was being created.
I found the eye
Even before knowing the term UX, I sought this eye in Design. My education gave me a foundation in research methodology, methodology for digital projects, innovation, semiotics, typography, color, composition, visual communication, and usability. These pillars are essential in creating an interface.
I discovered UX
Later, I discovered there was an area that connected exactly those two things: technology and people. Since then, I've worked with UX and Product Design, creating clearer, more useful, and more accessible experiences aligned with business goals.
I broadened the eye
After a few years working with UX/Product Design, I began to look also at who is behind these experiences: the designers who create them.
When I assumed a leadership position, I began contributing not only to products, but also to people's development, collaboration, and the way the team worked.
This experience sparked my interest in DesignOps: practices, processes, and structures that help Design teams work better and evolve with more autonomy.
Working as a designer taught me to look at problems from people's perspective. Leading designers made me realize that the same logic can be applied to the team itself: understand their needs, remove obstacles, create clarity, and build conditions so each person can do their best work.
If UX improves the experience of people who use products, DesignOps can improve the experience of people who create those products.
DesignOps here is about the operation and evolution of Design teams — not just Design Systems.
Today, my work is at the intersection of design, people, business, and the structures that help teams do their best work
It is in this intersection that I want to keep growing.
